Harvey Z. Werblowsky

Harvey Werblowsky Esq., is “Of Counsel” to the Firm, and brings decades of hands-on experience in a wide array of healthcare and business-related matters acquired over the years as the head of the New York office of a National law firm’s healthcare practice, and before that as a government prosecutor in the healthcare field. Mr. Werblowsky has represented public and private healthcare companies, hospitals, and physician groups in various corporate, litigation and regulatory matters. Besides practicing Of Counsel to the Firm, Mr. Werblowsky will continue to serve as a legal consultant and director for several healthcare and business firms. Mr. Werblowsky received a B.A. from Yeshiva University in 1968 and a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law in 1971. Before entering private practice, Mr. Werblowsky served as senior counsel to the Office of the Inspector General at the Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C.; held the Office of Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey and the Office of Deputy Attorney General for the State of New York.
