Joshua joined the Firm in 2021 and represents clients in complex commercial and real estate litigation in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. He works with clients to understand their needs and resolve their disputes practically and efficiently, both inside and outside the courtroom. His diverse practice focuses on disputes between shareholders or members of closely held companies, breach of joint venture agreements, breach of asset purchase agreements, commercial real estate disputes (including commercial foreclosure, commercial summary proceedings, Yellowstone litigation and J.N.A. Realty litigation), bankruptcy, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant litigation, business valuation litigation, and general commercial litigation prosecuting and defending breach of contract claims.

Joshua is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.<
