Joy Tajes
Director of Operations

Joy Tajes joined the Firm as Director of Operations in 2017. Prior to joining the Firm, Mrs. Tajes accumulated more than ten years of office management experience in New York City, including managing the New York State Welfare Inspector General’s Office. Driven by a passion for Human Resources, management, organization, and continuous improvement, Mrs. Tajes works closely with Firm leadership to facilitate an optimal work environment.

Mrs. Tajes earned her B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, from St. Josephs College. She went on to obtain an M.A. in Psychology from the City University of New York Queens College and a certification in Predoctoral Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University. As of 2019, she is in the process of completing her Doctoral Study in Clinical Psychology at Fielding Graduate University.

Mrs. Tajes is also an active member of the Long Island Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and chaired the ALA Education Committee in 2018.
