Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to oversee its day-to-day operations. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and time management are needed for this position. This person should be able to stay emotionally calm and professional during a stressful multi-tasking environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Law Firms in the following areas:

  • Managing staff and coordinating the calendars of staff and attorneys
  • Maintaining vendor relationships and negotiating vendor contracts
  • Train administrative staff and onboarding new employees (staff and attorneys)
  • Participate in partnership meetings
  • Manage payroll service and benefits administrator
  • Organize office events
  • Oversees law firm marketing efforts (website management, law firm publications and press releases)
  • Assist with client communications
  • Handle human resources
  • Must be proficient in law firm billing softwareand overall tech savvy
  • Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and keen attention to detail
